This is the case of mine : i join LB last year SEPT.. it was a BIG MISTAKE i ever did as i was being frequently pyscho by my upline who is Mr.J and Miss.C . they keep pushing me until one day i cannot tahan and i agreed to join LB. the problem is i told them i had no money, imaging : RM2345 from a college student ( where can they get this huge amount of money, other than borrow from friends or family?) in the end, they ask me to join 1st and they SO CALLED dont mind PAY BACK to them later when i start to earn back.
Sincerely, after i joined.. calls keep coming in, asking me to do this and that, follow up and down, and what so called COME OUT and MEET OUR top earners and know more friends....... i really sick of it as i couldnt cope with my studies since ever after i join LB. my housemate even ask everytime before i go out :" go sell BOMB again ar? " SELL BOMB (i agreed after i regretted for not listening my friends and family advice)
One day after 1 year i keep avoiding my upline cause i really feel very FAN of them... they purposely drove far down to my house and give me a call .
conversation between us :
Mr.J says:" Jxxxx here, i already infront of ur house, u better pay us the remain money, else we going to meet up your parents ! "
I says :" not i dont want to pay, but i dont have so much money at the moment " , " i already SMS to Miss.C said that i will settle the amount by next month. (THE SMS that i sent was this:" I on meeting now. Talk much also no point, u will say i owe u.really REGRET to join LB.Pls stop callin,thanks.Gv me ur bank account number, wil pay u bck by year end.Thanks for making my life miserable.")
Miss.C(was just beside Mr.J) says :" tell him dont SIN KA LAN la, i never receive his SMS !!! "
Mr.J says:" do u want me to tell or meet your parents onot?" (keep repeat)
after a few minutes, i send a SMS telling them to give me their Bank Acc number so that i can bank in the money to them. and a SMS replied by them : " Maybank xxxx-xxxx-xxxx(Cxxxxx Lx Kxxx). bank in RM2000 by MONDAY, else i will take action! "
that time i was at outstation. The night when i bck and i check my house letter box. this is the paper i found ....................not just 1, but 2 paper for each letter box, not just that and also in 2 version of language.. WOW =.= i guess they are really desperate for getting back money in such a AH LONG ways.

Owing money is not a criminal wrong. However, threaten people in Ah Long way is a criminal wrong and you could make a police report. Besides, if they willingly give you that money in order for you to join, this means that you do not owed them any money. In order for them to make you paying them any money, if they asked me, I will ask you:
1. Did you receive any money from them directly? If you didn't, then why should you pay them?
2. Did they give you any benefits? If you think there is nothing beneficial that you received, then NO need to repay them.
Tell your parents what happened, even though they informed your parents, don't be worry. Worst come to worst, launch a police report or apply a habeus corpus from court in order to forbid them getting anywhere near to you and your family. You could go to Biro Bantuan Guaman for this so that there is no need for you to pay any legal fee.

the oni way to settle is let the parents know / understand abt it and discuss with the scam upline to pay it by installment or wat.

As wat I know, they offended DSA, and also SYN rules.
Wat u do, u report to SYN, someone above them. Wat really happen, then let somebody to terminate that fxxx mr.J and miss.c account.
Don't repay them.
they deserve it becuz they cheated u.
we don't wan rotten eggs with us.
And to other syn-ers, pls, these cases are personal issues, u don't hav to make it this way.
as mr.j and miss.c are not rational, but u can be rational. Just report and terminate them.
These are bastards who spoilt the not only LB/SYN, but the entire industry.
I'm sure that, this case, not only happening in LB, other companies do have it.

Hmm..since they have no hard evidence that you borrow money form them, might as well you do this:
Tell them you have no money to pay back. Give them back all the "BOMBS" instead...deduct the value from the rm2500 u owed them.
Rest of it ..pay cash or installment..
If they want to aggressive over this, then ask them to bring to court or talk to your mom. Inform your mom before hand about this..
Juz tell you mom, you have been tricked to buy all these stuffs, so now u wan to return to them instead of paying the cash.

I think its just silly that he joined when he didn't have the money in the first place.
Just remember the number 1 rule of Peer Pressure: Always Say No.
I was actually bit surprised about the negativety against LB and DCHL here.
First of all, I live in Melbourne and like many here suffer badly from allergies like hay fever.
LB helped me better than tablets and nasal sprays have. I can breath, don't snore at night, wake up fresh in the morning etc.
I also know people with kids who suffer from excema and LB has helped.
So from my side LB get two thumbs up.
I only tried the prod. 2 years ago cause my wife had heard from someone in the business that it was supposed to be good.
After I started using, my wife was so happy that she joined the MLM business.
We do not get hassled to go to the meetings.
We don't get preassured into buying anything.
There are no minimum quotas.
I personally tried another MLM a few years ago, Omega trend, I got badly burnt. Had to buy crappy products everymonth and had hassles from my upline all the time.
Recently I actually joined DCHL myself.
Now, business culture in Malaysia is quite different from Australia. Here we don't stand for pushiness.
But even in Malaysia, people need to take some responsibility for 1) how much they invest in stock and 2) who they pick as their upline.
Besides from that, I don't se much difference between franchising and MLM. The idea is that branding and business system is provided and with minimal outlay you can join in the business.
By the way, the guy with the ferrari is Patric not Steven Yeam.
I've met Patrick and he seems like a really nice guy.
And honestly, if Brittney Spears can make millons selling crummy albums marketed with skimpy outfits, why can't someone get rich selling oil defusers?
i live in melb too and when i get hayfever, i go for antihistamines.at least i know my lungs wun rot and my brain wun become all jello. and i know lb definitely cant help my nasal problem coz it's a bone defect.
i got offered to 'take the melbourne base' and 'get my own porsche'. damn glad i didn't because all they wanted me to do was to use my connections wif the mainland chinese to sell them the oils as 'health products'.

I am not anti MLM but anti to those who takes advantage in MLM. If u x like MLM, we change it to ABC. But yet still there would be some people who takes advantage in ABC. Sincerely I said, most of the networkers are good networkers with good ethic. What you must do is to know and to avoid bad "apples".
