thanks for the advice ni9htl0rd... i realized that both parties (SYN & Steve's gang) are very emotional in their comments/feedbacks in this blog... emotions are good to be projected (people failed or are successful in this business, etc) but business justifications, market trends, feedbacks from valueable (neutral/trusted/international)sources are core when people make any statements/accusations. I still find this blog very interesting but it lacks the 'strength' or core fundamental contents to stop people from joining it (ie: police reports, nation wide ops to stop this network, etc) I dun really trust the media unless it is the authorities who brings it up in that channel. Media can write anything to sell their stories... even LB can 'pay' the media to write good articles abt them...
btw, i went to MPH & Popular to look for books on 'Anti-MLM' or 'MLM Scam' but can't find any. Instead, I can find quite some books on the effectiveness on MLM, Neuro Linguistic Programs (MLM's concept of duplication). Do you guys know of any books that highlight the bad side of MLM in these bookstores? Appreciate your advice.

Thirdly, i did a research on Pyramid scheme and found out that there are 5 conditions that an MLM company or network will have to adhere to if they are legal. A legal MLM company:
1. Shouldn’t have head hunting fees
2. Should make the product sales a precondition to receiving the performance bonus
3. Should buy back excessive inventory
4. Requires the product to be sold to consumer

The fact is THE PEOPLE have already taken action to report to the authorities. Business crime is not treated similar to robbery, although they both are taking money from people improperly. The latest Point and Shout discussion asks our members if going digital has made you a better photographer. For me, the answer is no; I'm no better shot with a digital camera than I was with a film camera. However, what has changed for the better is that now I can take as many photos of the subject as I want without having to waste film and nervously wait to get my pictures back, only to realize I really screwed up! With digital, if those photo moments are one-time deals and I do screw up, there is always hope I can salvage them by using photo-editing software. So in my opinion, digital really hasn't improved my photography skills. But rather, it has given me the opportunity for more trial and error until I get it right, without the cost factor.
