Cool, finally there is a civil sue against DCHL. Way to go.
Hope the Tribunal gives a favourable judgement to the ex-members. This will set a Precedent, so you can be sure that the Dukes and Knights and so-on will be there with guns blazing.
Ask the former members to have all their facts and proof at the Tribunal. Another point to remember is that Lawyers are not allowed to be present but I am sure that the Dukes and Knights will have Lawyers assisting them on the case. So ex-members, make sure you are prepared and good luck and god speed.

Guess how plp know the thing is bad for them? They open it, use it and feel unsatisfied. That's why they want to do a refund. You can't know jack shit anything bout the product unless you have try it right? Calling this people so hai is an insult to them.

What policy isnt stupid? you go to any shop would they give your money back if your not sastify with it? i doubt that they'll even give you a swap for other products. At least they might think that your trying to rip them off with such a lame reason for a refund. Dont you agree? "life is unfair"
We are all well educated, i presume, at least before joining any mlm. Read and understand the rules of whatever the company offers. Am i right to say that? we dont just jump into things without knowing the advantage and disadvantage. Especially in Biz, not every Biz is successful, some people might lose huge amounts of money that they have invested, some of them might be earning big bucks.
I suggest that those interested could go and hear that case and give moral support to them. If you have experience and evident in it, you could apply to the claimant and become one of the witness as well.
The illicitness of DCHL is far beyond that. It's good to have this first hearing to show the public what kind of business DCHL is dealing with.
Let's hope there will be more lawsuits following against DCHL, Steven Yeam and all those Dukes, Marquis, Counts and everyone involved in it. Time to take action.

Yes, the policy has stated.. BUT.. it is only made known after money has been dump in. So who's fault is it and it is the upline or introducer who is in the responsible position to inform newcomers on the policy and rules & regulations.
Well educated, if we are so well educated, you think the law here is so corrupted? Consumer law is being exploited by the government. If consumer law is so much so important as federal law, i can say that refund is not a problem in general grocery store. A honest human being can be seen in the eyes.
In the end, I would say.. please don't be a so hai as well..

bless this site, been following since the very starting, well, not agaist syner or dchler, they seem to have at least the most basic needs of economics, circulation of finance, they do help malaysia grow, but sarcaficed many in on the process,... compare to other mlm? they are much better actually. but many 'members' do the business in the wrong way, sigh.
