We have seen too much trouble caused by DCHL distributing Lampe Berger in Malaysia. It's time to hit back at this unethical MLM network marketing business pyramid plan.

I received an email from Mr Khoo. He had lodged a police report against DCHL lampe berger because his cousin and another friend got cheated. I urged lampe berger SYN members who feels the same way, to go to the nearest police station and do your own police reports. If more applications comes in, these guys will get under investigation.
Hi, Steven Yip,I read your web site and I am sad that many people have been cheated by certain gang(s) of people at SYN. I cannot say that I am surprised as myself, my cousin and a friend were also conned by them. I have discussed this matter with my lawyer and a police officer and they have advised that this is a case of cheating and that this is a police matter. However, a police report will have to be lodged for the police to investigation. Police report can be lodged at any police station or at the commercial crime investigation department at Bukit Aman. Alternatively, you can consult a lawyer or your MP to assist you to make the police report. Do not suffer in silence. You can do something constructive. If these people should be found guilty of an offence then they will be penalised by a court of law and you will also be able to sue them for your loss and for compensation. Yes, this cause of action will be time consuming and require some effort but it is certainly better than suffering in silence and standing-by helplessly while they go about ripping off other innocent victims. You will also be helping others in the same position as yourself as well as helping to prevent more people falling victim to them.Email to me if you want to discuss further.
On another note, I am lightly updating the website from time to time, and not so vigorously. In fact I want to pass this phase on. I've had enough of MLM scams,...which affected some members of my family and friends.

Organizations like these knows only one card to play: throw some elborate pep-talk full of motivational fluff in your face that appeals to your greed. Once that happens, your common sense and rational thought will be blinded. PLEASE recognize this and THINK before you react EMOTIONALLY. I know they are currently targeting brunei and most of them starting to join because of the recent neighboring city, in Miri, dchl guys coming down over here my town looking for downline.
BTW, this guys really trained to talk so big. One of my friend who join showing off on me saying he going to get Mazda sport car coming this few months because he has successfully become a count (higher than that) this year so fast. Im not sure how many bruneian had fallen into his hand but i only know some of my friends had left in the dark. I will keep spreading this foul scam to the public as much as i can.

bila i dah tak mampu nak follow up terus my upline senyap dan tinggalkan i terkontang kanting hadapi segala hutang piutang, dulu masa sebelum dapat dialah sahabat...sekarang nie i kena hadapi dengan 2 loan personal loan dan 6 keping kad kredit...rasa-rasanya boleh saman tak diaorang nie erk????grrrr...geramnyaa!!
i think that LB is a company that is full of shit. i have so many friends that supposingly join into a partnership with this conman company and made initial profits. they even encourage these innocent young people to buy BMWs to show that they are making a bomb. however, look at them now. unable to pay for the car loan, their cars getting towed by finance companies.... who is laughing now? them? or hardworking guys like us who work our way through the corporate ladder tradisionally and gradually. i reckon that LB is not only a one time off con-job, LB actually destroy people's lives. they give up proper occupation and education for network marketing. and there is no turning back!!! so think carefully... there is no easy way to success. if network marketing is so profitable, why aren't there any top ten malaysian richest man that does network marketing?

Great that I found your blog. Ive been researching MLM for the past week, since a family member in Indonesia got involved with Lampe Berger products and DCHL. To me it was worrying, because it sounded as a covered Pyramid game and I warned this person, to no avail.
What is worse than the bucks that is invested in the products, is the attitude that comes with it. It seems like a movement or cult where people are no longer free to express or think freely, otherwise youre not part of the club. Or maybe one can think freely, but there is very VERY little room to have constructive discussions about this topic, always coming up with quite bad argumentation that seems more like copied behavior of uplines than autonomous critical reflection. The longer youre apparently involved, the more you believe in one-liners of no substance.
It is definitely impeding otherwise smart people from developing themselves to their fullest potential and innovative capabilities. Not to mention the people at the bottom of the system are also most often that are most vulnerable in society, easily influenced and blinded by promises.
This business is most important of all, highly unethical to society at large. Benefiting from other people's pockets, like I said the most vulnerable, is not right and immoral. They say these dont work hard enough and that many entrepreneurs fail in society, but they forget: they are benefiting from the ones who 'fail' in great numbers.
This is no business as usual where actual value is created and, where people pay for products or services they deem valuable.
From this point of view it is thus economically unsustainable and a disintegrating factor in communities.
Well, there are probably better versions of MLM strategies: Strong internal control, good product with competitive prices, strict control on levels, only commissions on real sales, no bonus or commissions for attracting actual recruits... I would still never participate in any such thing. Perhaps, I have more of an "employee mentality" hahahiee.
So this is how feel about the topic in general. But perhaps you could tell me:
1. is DCHL based more on recruiting than product sales?
2. Are dchl products overpriced compared to retail value in other parts of the world?
3. How many levels do there exist? is it unlimited?
4. Are there people out there who completely changed in their personality for being involved with DCHL/SYN?@
5. Is there any taboo on this topic?

I guess a lot of people falled into the trap, including myself. I actully invested abt 3Ok after persuading by my friend and the uplines.
I don't really blame the MLM, in fact, MLM is a new way to do business. The main culprit is the company, DCHL that should be blamed. Before I joined this company, they promised the company policy wont change, i.e. you can change your products at no time limit. (This was the point that I joined the company because I thoght I could still breakeven assume that I planned not to continue. I have friend who use LB).
But the company changed the plan somwhere in year 2004 or 2005 (I could not remember now). My friends and I were so furious abt that. Due to that, we have lots of stock sitting in our houses.
I complained to my friend and Upline, but they could not do anything. Well, this is a really good and expensive lesson to me.
Until now, I am still clearing stock :<
(Whoever you are, you MUST finish this!) Good effort for Steven Yip to try on, but you know what? the DCHL will not going to affect or beaten up by ppl like you! You can choose to hide this comment, or show it to everyone and let them judge whatever i said is true or not.
Let me ask u, why DCHL able to create hundreds of millionaires if it's really a scam? I don't know what reason make you started this campaign, most probably you joined before and had spent >RM2k but gained nothing? or maybe your close ones experience this?
Who guarantee you will be success in this business? DCHL? SYN(Steven Yeam)?Lampe Berger? None of them!!! They only guaranteed you to be success if you willing to put in great efforts into this business!!! The ones who promise you that you can success easily are your uplines. This is not conventional business where you can relax in the shop and wait for customer to come (Somehow you are not paying thousands a month for the shop rental). Those joining this business really have to sacrifice the time to enjoy dramas, games, dating, sleeping, etc in order to be succeed. If you really can do so, this is a place where you can catch your dreams. NO FREE LUNCH IN THIS WORLD, remember!
2, They are the ones who asked you to invest RM30k, not Steven Yeam. Steven Yeam only provides option for you to choose. Invest RM30k? For outsiders of course it sounds ridiculous. Let me ask you, why Parkson want to open its outlet in Pavillion Mall but not in Summit USJ? The monthly rental in Pavillion maybe equal to yearly rental in Summit USJ wo? Why leh? Idiots also can answer: Because they able to generate higher sales in Pavillion compared to Summit. Same theory, invest more in SYN in the beginning is to enable you to get to a position where your EFFORTS will be more WORTHY. So, if you do not have EFFORTS to put in, the value of the 30k is ZERO! This 30k investment is really for those who really set the goal that this SYN business is their whole life business, NOT for those who wanna try their luck! If your uplines tell you that the investment made it easier for you to do the business, they are LYING!!! That's the reason they should be jailed.
3, They are NOT doing their responsibilities. Steven Yeam already did what he can for us to run the business. What an upline should do? Jz pulled you in, get the commission and wait for you to get your downlines so they can earn more? Of course NOT! What good leaders shall do are:
i. Teach you and make sure you know the skills in approaching prospects, so YOU can be as pursuasive as they do. Or else of course you will most probably failed in getting your downlines. Not everyone good in customer service skill naturally.
ii. Whenever you failed to get a prospect/downline, they will come to discuss with you what mistakes have you done that caused the failures. You will then aware and will not repeated the same mistake.
iii. Motivation! We joined this SYN business b'coz we were motivated by the speaker right? But after some time or after some failures, our energy level start decreasing. Self-motivated ppl able to generate the energy themselves, but NOT most of the people out there. When the energy level dropped to certain level, you will feel discouraged and finally, QUIT the business! A good leader play an important role in providing you energy and confidence to keep on going along the business.
iv. Doing Sharing. Your friends do not fully trusted in you as you not yet successful in the business. But it will be diff when others in same background who already success to tell the same thing. It sounds more convincing even though they are strangers.
For those who quitted, or claimed being cheated, I felt sorry and sympathy to you all. You really in bad luck coz you met the wrong leader. If you met a good one, you most probably now standing on the stage sharing the story of your successfulness.
After blaming the leader, who's next? It's you yourselves. How many prospect have you tried on before you made the conclusion that this business DOES NOT WORK??? Feel free to give your comment and number of prospects that you had approached. I want to make a statistic. Do you think those already success in this business is because they had better luck? Or have better technique in cheating people? NO!!! It's because they had put in HARD EFFORT that far more than what we can imagine. They can tell their story in short, but in fact it's never an easy path to walk on. If you want easy money you better put your money in the bursa saham, amanah saham, unit trust, etc where low risk, low income lor. 10k that you put in, you may get a few hundreds commission every year, enough for you to buy some new clothes... SYN is not the place for you, b'coz ppl here are talking about buying cars and houses!!! This is a place where HARD WORKS and INVESTMENT both needed. So stop dreaming that you can become rich by putting in RM30k!!!
Bottom of the pyramid? Ya, great word! Who determine your position in the pyramid? DCHL? Steven Yeam? Your upline? NO! it's yourselves. This is a dynamic business, you have to climb to the top by yourselves. Who you expect to carry you?
One of the comment said that if let this MLM keep growing, there will be 1 day when everyone already joined, then those who newly join very kesian lo! I tell you what, the end of the world will come sooner that this day, so stop worrying on nonsense thing.
Mengkayakan Steven Yeam? who need your money to become rich? With Steven Yeam's passive income of 7 figures (means do nothing also got that income), he need no flying here and there to give talks, motivation, etc... WHY is he still doing all these? ii. Whenever you failed to get a prospect/downline, they will come to discuss with you what mistakes have you done that caused the failures. You will then aware and will not repeated the same mistake.
iii. Motivation! We joined this SYN business b'coz we were motivated by the speaker right? But after some time or after some failures, our energy level start decreasing. Self-motivated ppl able to generate the energy themselves, but NOT most of the people out there. When the energy level dropped to certain level, you will feel discouraged and finally, QUIT the business! A good leader play an important role in providing you energy and confidence to keep on going along the business.
iv. Doing Sharing. Your friends do not fully trusted in you as you not yet successful in the business. But it will be diff when others in same background who already success to tell the same thing. It sounds more convincing even though they are strangers.
For those who quitted, or claimed being cheated, I felt sorry and sympathy to you all. You really in bad luck coz you met the wrong leader. If you met a good one, you most probably now standing on the stage sharing the story of your successfulness.
After blaming the leader, who's next? It's you yourselves. How many prospect have you tried on before you made the conclusion that this business DOES NOT WORK??? Feel free to give your comment and number of prospects that you had approached. I want to make a statistic. Do you think those already success in this business is because they had better luck? Or have better technique in cheating people? NO!!! It's because they had put in HARD EFFORT that far more than what we can imagine. They can tell their story in short, but in fact it's never an easy path to walk on. If you want easy money you better put your money in the bursa saham, amanah saham, unit trust, etc where low risk, low income lor. 10k that you put in, you may get a few hundreds commission every year, enough for you to buy some new clothes... SYN is not the place for you, b'coz ppl here are talking about buying cars and houses!!! This is a place where HARD WORKS and INVESTMENT both needed. So stop dreaming that you can become rich by putting in RM30k!!!
Bottom of the pyramid? Ya, great word! Who determine your position in the pyramid? DCHL? Steven Yeam? Your upline? NO! it's yourselves. This is a dynamic business, you have to climb to the top by yourselves. Who you expect to carry you?

Business' have product. Does LB have product? yes, French luxury products which are recognized with brands such as Louis Vuitton, Christian dior, Prada, Hennessy, Gucci etc..
Products called Lampe Berger 1897, Estebel 1833, Ed Pinaud 1830..
(For those who did not know, the business is DCHL, not Lampe Berger. Lampe Berger is the product. Steven Yip didn't even know this.
Business' needs repeated sales. Does LB have repeated sales? yes, Essential oils, cosmetics etc. Refer to marketing plan
Business' have marketing plans. Refer to the marketing plan. Check it out and see if the calculations make sense to you. Does where the money come from make sense? (i.e why you can earn 4, 5, 6 figures a month)
Business' have initial capitals. LB or DCHL just like any other business. They all have capital investments. DCHL has one of the Lowest capital investments business' you will ever come across.
So, down to the risks. If a business allows you to have complete control of how you run the show, you can do this when ever you want. You can join and not lift a finger for an entire year (only you won't make any money) and still go back to doing the business.. then where is the risk? The initial "30k RMB" right? Well it doesn't even have to be that much. If i put in 30k RMB today and two months later i said, i can't be bothered and i stopped doing anything then why is it the business' fault? Can you answer me Steven?
I believe we are all at a mature age where we can take responsibility for our own actions and results. People out there say that they lost 30K RMB in this business, but they fail to state how long they've been in the business for and how much work they put into it.
Using myself as an example, I've been in this business for a while, yet this new "sideline" partner has only been in the business for less than a month yet he has already earned more money than me all together. Does that sound fair? I think so, why? because he put in the work to make those results.
As an employee, no matter how much work or how much time you put in you can not control the amount of money you earn. That's up to your manager or boss. Correct? Sure you can climb your way up the corporate ladder, but how far can you get? and how long will it take? and what are the risks? you might not even make it, right? So why would you still do it? Because there is a CHANCE you can make it, right?
Just like the business, there is a chance you can succeed, surely you COULD fail. But let's say that in the first 6 months, i made no money. So i continue on. 1 year of this business surely everyone has seen cashflow come in. (Provided they are still active). But if after the first 6 months you see no money, because you couldn't close anyone or just lazy how do you associate that with the company scamming you? The business is willing to pay you your commission for your efforts and results right? No results then of course there's no commission.
A business is not a job! You are not hired to work for anyone, you work for yourself. Understand this first before you continue on and you will see a lot more money come in.
Steven Yip is just some computer programmer hired by an employer,the boss of some company (A BUSINESS).
He is still at the bottom of the corporate ladder (i.e the bottom of a corporate pyramid). Steven Yip has low business knowledge (proven by himself) and he believes that everything has to be 100% risk free before it can be legit. This brings to the question of:
Why did you go to school, Steven?
Is there anyone out there who were scared of failing exams? Yet still study, right?
Everything out there is a pyramid structure. School, Work places, Recreation Clubs, everything!
You can not have more BOSS' Than employees, You can not have more Principles than Students, You can not have more coaches than basketball players, and there is always only one person sitting on the top, the CEO. One CEO earning millions a year, thousands and thousands of employees working for him earning what, 20K RMB?
Steven Yip does not understand because right now he's narrow minded. No matter how much logical reasoning i put out, he will not come to see clearly of what it is really going on. Even if i gave him full documentation of the proof this business works, he will still find some way of rebutting the facts. It is true, there are proof out there. Example, Asia Business Times Magazine has a full page article about DCHL: "creating around 300 Millionaires in 36 months".
If you understand that concept,
then why is it any different for someone to establish a business with network marketing?
Surely you start at the bottom of the pyramid, just like anyone else, but working hard pays off? But thanks to you, these business people have to work EXTRA hard to achieve their dreams. What are your dreams?
And tell everyone the truth, you have not joined LB, you were never a member and never will be. Your facts are nothing close to the truth and you don't even know the marketing plan, the products, culture or the business side. Plus, I looked you up.
Everyone I know in the business has seen your 'efforts', yet the common ground of everybody is that they all understand what's going on and have the ability to sort what is fact or fiction. The one's who join and run "losing their money" are the people who joined and see this website and without even trying at all in the business claim that it scammed them. I'm sure that if they started doing something and started building their network they too will earn money. (This goes for everybody in the entire network including the bottom lines) If this does not make sense to you, then go find out first hand how people make money in the business instead of listening to people who shoot out assumptions like scam, business ethics etc..
For most of you out there with no business background, business is not a share market, you can't just invest and do nothing.
The way i perceive Steven is someone who likes to help the world. But he does it in the wrong way. I believe that none of this would have been necessary if he just went straight to the Newspaper editors or News stations or even the Government directly to make his point. Fact is, he can't. He has no proof, no evidence, he wasn't even in the business and all he has is his mouth. It's shameful because Steven is the one who is "brain washing" people to think that the business is evil and unethical.
For instance, someone above wrote that they went out to dinner, such and such said that.. oh thank you Steven for making me aware.. who knows, if Steven didn't start this trend then that person might have started DCHL and made more money than she thought possible, living her dreams the way she hoped. Is that greed? I don't think so.
Instead, because of this site, that person now comes to believe that "YES, it is a scam because this website says so".
Or just think about it this way, DCHL was a booming business where everybody was able to make money down the track for 7 years. Then the business came to Malaysia, and Steven Yip started the website. Now more and more people think this business is scam and negative all for what reason? These people don't have a clue what the truth is. I know this because some people i know were the same. They were so happy they saw this business, the knew they had to work hard in it, but once they saw this website, they were scared out of their minds and decided that working for the rest of their lives would be the better option - because they would be SURE not to lose 30K RMB. Well that's fine with me, but they gave up a chance to earn much more than that, plus retiring early to do what they love and enjoy. (i did mention a CHANCE, right?)
I'm sure Steven Yip is already doing what he enjoys. Making his opinion heard.. Just look at the toll way blog he started, and the work place to let everyone know how the work place is. This is the kind of person you guys want to follow?

How long have you been working? Have you ever dabbled in business before? Can you name me a business that can generate a decent income with limited / known losses? With conventional business, after the initial capital outlay, if you are unable to breakeven, you will continue to suffer unlimited losses. With MLM business model, your potential "losses" (if you want to call it since you have product mah) is capped. Please tell me a business model that has no risk. Rather than spend your energy in condenming others, why not you go out and help people who are struggling to survive in this highly inflationary economy
MLM itself is not evil but some people in it may not have good intentions. These are the people that should be condemned not MLM itself. As for your brothers' money, I trully feel sorry for him. Had he attended the training, he should have known that the products can be refunded with 90% of the money returned. As to the none refundable products, blame the upline not the system.

hey i almost fall for this scam too u noe.yesterday n today i went hanging out with my friends frm highschool.we havent met fr almost a year bcz we're bz with our studies.i've just finished my studies at college n july will taken my degree.
on our 1st day seeing him i notice difrences in him.he's start talking real good u know,like a motivator.asking me what i want in life,dreams.so i tell him that i want to hv PhD,make my parents happy and proud of me.we had so much talked and asked me to joined him meet his friends.he said that i need to minggle with all sorts of ppl nt only ppl arnd my age.so i went to this mamak (NZ to be specific)near pavi.there,his friend are intrduce to me.less than 2 mnits,one of this guy start talking like he known me for years.he talk abt dreams,and how much he like me cz i hv dreams to get PhD and talk about Phd (perasan hasad dengki) among ppl dat jelous of other ppl success.he said that he want to help and i should be glad to meet him.he start ask to meet again.he says that they usually hanging out near istana budaya on strday night.i tell him i got curfew and couldnt go out at night.
then he said he could show me how can i earn money and bring mum n dad to haj if i work hard,it would only took 1 year.he tell me to come to his office the next day.
he didnt tell me what this is all abt.jz keeping the suspense elements he said.
the next day,accmpanied by my friend,we went to the office.there he told me that the rent for the 1st n 2nd floor is RM1 milln per floor each month.but they gain rm18million each month doin this bsness.then he show me the products,telling me abt queen victoria use the perfume,abt the make up products,abt the stories abt the prfume bottle found in the titanic and much more.
then we sit for few moments and then his senior came.he's the guy i met yesterday at the mamak stall.there he talk abt the count,baron and so many things that i am nt paying full attention actly.i dnt know why bt i felt not intrested in this whole thing.im not into money that much i think :)
he tell me that theres this promotion till end of may where i jz need to buy rm1500 worth of products to earn 1500pv to get my licene to bcm frncisee.usually they will need 2500pv to bcm one. by that time in my mind i jz want him to cut the crap n jz wanna go home cz its near 7pm.my friend jz kept silent the whole time.then his senior said that he know my problem is how on earth to get the rm1500.he said he'll let my friend tell me how.one more thing,he said not to tell abt this thing to anyone including my parents.
my friend is also a students on break waiting for IPTA for degree.he tell how he managed to get the rm2500.he said that he borrowed the money frm his friends.he asked 25 of his friends to lend him rm100.and thats how he got the money.he did also show me the account book where he hv earn 1500++ the last month for doin this bsness.
but im not interested to join him.but i do love the smells of the perfume.really :) so i told him that i would like to buy the prfume bt later cz i got my own financial problems.unsatisfied wf my answer.he said this is the perfect time to change that.he would like to take me to the place where i can meet the ppl who has already making tonnes of money by doing this bussiness.
sorry,im not intrested.then i make few reserch and i found this blog.i've made up my mind.i wld never join the DCHL/RZ thingy.thank god i hvnt invest any amount of mney there.alhmdlillah
hi everyone..i dont knw who is steven yip..,and i dunno wut is dchl /rz corp..,..last nite my fwen tod me dat she just received her 1st payment from rz corp..aroun rm5k..and she ask me to join..b4 dat i make a research bout diz biz..and i think is ok for ppl who very2 excited to find for more money..and who dare to gambling for join diz biz ..but its not ok for ordinary ppl like me..who was dchl members..u should not to blaim steven yip..alone just bcoz he owner of diz blog..he just started..if ppl outhere not agreed with him..i thnk diz blog "sudah gulung tikar"..everyone had their opinion..ok..
