We have seen too much trouble caused by DCHL distributing Lampe Berger in Malaysia. It's time to hit back at this unethical MLM network marketing business pyramid plan.

Recently we got Jeffrey who claims to be a marquis in this business, and just 17 years old.
And his brother is going to challenge Duke this year.
Wait a minute, if you are under 18, you are not allowed to join this business. How could DCHL allow this to happen? Perhaps young minds are easier to bend and shaped?
Well, there's another site, with LB photos, and I managed to dig this one out. If we got more of these happenning to our young people, our next workforce will go bust. No one wants to work. They would just want to be marquis, and dukes, so they would have residual income for life.

We should congratulate Dione on her so-called achievement but is this kind of growth maintainable?
The problem is that many people do promote MLM (and esp LB) as a short-term biz. They say, don't worry, by the time the market is saturated, you have already made your money or we can go overseas. Unlimited potential. That's why you must come in early.
Its quite obvious that the more the downline sell (or sponsor), the more pay out they get but what happens if the so-called "buying in promotion" stops. The group will then be dependend upon self consumption or actual sales by the group.
This is the true residual income from MLM.
Perhaps Steven, you could come out with a simple model so that ppl who are not familar will know what is their true residual income, instead of thinking that they can enjoy the huge pay-out from "express promotions" forever.

its not impossible to be marquis at the age of 17 however, reading through Jeffry's comments, he is like making things up.
Especially, he is count then later marquis.

AFAIK,in Malaysia's MLM law only 18 years old and above are allowed to join.Even u join those MLM/direct selling like Amway,Cosway,CNI and etc.There is a free book in their starter kit which have the title "undang undang jualan langsung Malaysia" the 1st page and 1st rule is already stated tat only 18 and above are allowed to join any MLM or direct selling.
Since tat Jeffery said tat he is 17.I think maybe is he trying to say tat he is 17++? (Maybe he is 18 this year,but his b'day not yet come)

I shall be anonymous. But regardless of what is stated in the agreements or whatever... there IS a loophole
its quite simple. You simply register a member who is above 18 (say, a parent) and then just ... do the business for the person. So technically, the owner of the "business" is above 18. Just that the person doing the work isn't.
The reason why this is possible is one of the features of the company, which is hereditarity. This allows the business owner to pass down the business when he wishes to retire. (i guess you could say, if the company lasts that long)
I cannot state dione's age, but i hope the above will clarify some what the situation.
i remembered someone telling me tht u can't be in MLM if ur below 18. marquis at 17? it's just another scheme perhaps? or their strategy of the uplines to push their downlines to work harder.

Wow, here is a impressive site to search for more info on LB products or SYN Biz. Well, i personally feel that there is nothing wrong on LB Products. Why u are so anti on it? U should probably anti SYN instead, coz some of the SYN members are not ethical when they are doing the business. Which is so coincidently they are selling the LB Products. By the way, in all type of business (no matter MLM or not MLM)there sure have some ppl are not doing ethically as well. Therefore, please point the finger to the right people (who is not ethical) and not the business itself or the products.

Anti SYN would just mean disagreeing with a bunch of people. What I am really against, is the company itself.
It's the company who sets up the system. People will just work towards the most rewarding aspect of the business.
Recruiting is the most rewarding. Don't believe it? Look at your payslip, if you are a member. You get lots of bonus for recruiting another Count under you.
This is the most rewarding aspect of the business. It's got less to do with the lamps and the fragrance industry.
And it has turn lots of youngsters fresh brains into money zombies...who would do anything to get 30k.
If you still want to do MLM, you could try other companies. Not this one.

By the way, i do hav friends who are in SYN Biz and honestly, they really dont make money like the way u guys mention here. It just dont seems very fair for those who work hard in SYN just like others MLM members to earn the money.
What i am trying to say is that, there are ppl who work really hard in the business and look at it as a business and do it with ethical way in the company. Just like lawyers. Some lawyers are ethical and some are not.

Even if you really work the ethical way in this Company, it will be a waste of time and future. Don't you see that these products are sold in an overclaimed and overpriced manner ?
Worse is the business scheme that caused so many people to join and lost. And those who earned some money will lost friends and reputations.
Why work for an unethical Company ? If you know how they started and switch from OHK to RZ, you will not want to join them

Good thing i was too dumb to understand anything and din waste the 2.5k to become er... a member? Just that i was disappointed coz it's a rather close friend who intro'ed me to this thing, saying that i don't have to worry about my living expenses and school fees. Even wanted me to go to their office in KL and meet their some marquis or some dukeys about letting me run some operation in melbourne (since i study in melb).Said i'd be rich just to get more of those rich asian kids in melb to become members.(lol, those shanghainese prefer gucci and ck anytime over LB imho, heh).
even guaranteed i'd become rich in no time considering the base in melb, and how i'd soon be driving my own porsche. but the thing is, i dun even haf a driving licence yet =)

That's why there's a lot of pulling into family members scenario.
I am not insane, and I don't have previous grudges with them, nor I despised them in DCHL now. I view them as victims, so actions need to be taken to make sure this business collapse.
It's easy, tell enough people about it, then it will.

Because they're underage, they used their parent's/siblings name to join... Well... There's a policy about this... Once the member already 18, he/she will ask her TUA PEK KONG(Substitue name) to change back the marquis/count back to the real owners name... but I doubt once the TUA PEK KONG got alot of income, will he/she just give him back for free?

i see yr dedication to fight unethical act of LB members..i'm suggesting why not lodge lots of police reports and ask them to investigate..as they hv all the authority to do so...FYI, i've been checking myself through SSM search and discover that there is no problem at all..and DCHL and or RZ corp hv even been certified with ISO for their efficient management...what else that we want to see and check anyway???there is regular spot-check by the ministry officer on their legitimacy of the business..n they passed and met to the standard regulation as stated by the law of Direct Selling Acts too...anyway...i agree with u that anybody especially youngster needs to learn a lot of what MLM can offer..their pro and con...condemning the company will not make any good if it is the distributors who abuse the system...it is as if when somebody do not really know to drive a brand new BMW and got into accident...yet blaming the BMW for his own fault...anyway..i thank u for yr concern..i believe u share the same view as mine when Robert Kiyosaki says in his series

hello lads.. a brief kudos to the owner of this wonderful site and his mutual friends.. n by mentioning mutual friends, i mean those who seem to agree with him upon this matter.. well, to begin with, i myself have been doing this biz for more than 4 years. and it is an honor (and i am not kidding) to be able to visit this ohh sooo educational sitefor the first time. i've heard about this anti-LB site ever since the 1st week i became a distributor (told by my x-uplie mqs n dukes that is). but it never ever crossed my mind to visit this site for i was told that it will de-motivate me, since i was just a small fish back then (franchisee that is).. but now, after more than 4 wonderful years with LB, i am now just one mere step away from challenging the duke position.. insyaallah.. oh btw, i am a malay n muslim if note should be made.. WELL.. 1st of all, i do understand the frustation faced by people who thought that they have been scammed or lied to, regarding this biz with LB.. but hey, since u bunch are sooo enthusiastic in making blog like such, y dont u guys make a few anti sites, maybe against coca-cola, highly priced mamak stalls, fuel prices and your string of ex-girlfriends.. because a simple FACT is, that the percentage of people felt being cheated and scammed by those entities mentioned above are much higher than the bunch of people felt "kena tipu" by LB.. enough of that.. i can go all the way talking, debating n defending this industry especially this company for i am an MLM person for the past four years.. talking comes naturally as you grow old with this industry if point as such should be taken.. well. before i continue my first and last journey to this beautiful site, i would like to say that this LB company you bunch of guys are talking badly about have been in this country for the past maybe 7 or 8 years.. and EVERY each year, license and distributor fabrication approval has never been denied by the authority.. which in relation means the GOVERNMENT.. meaning, if the company is at fault for cheating, license and approval would not be given for operation, thank you.. maybe u lads are just talking out of anger, which is very understandable and forgivable from my party.. but please, have faith in our authority.. for they have done a very good job by denying renewal of licences to companies which practice illegal distributorship and in effect, shutting those company down.. y? simply to protect the citizen especially a bunch of people whom can easily feel cheated.. and yes, like u yourself.. by all means, blame the people/distributors whom has cheated you.. but never blame the company.. i love this company with al my bloody heart. it has never given me anything except knowledge, courage, oppurtunity and oh yes, handsome paychecks every month for the past 4 years (i know thats not a surprise to u lads).. thats all for now, if u feel that a connection should be made to me, just cal 1-800- GROW UP PLEASE-2733..
