DCHL 2005 annual's dinner

Checkout DCHL 2005 annual's dinner. Quite impressive. I digged this one from
http://www.dchl.com.sg/Homepage.asp

THE PRESTIGIOUS DCHL GALA DINNER & DANCE 2005

The DCHL Gala Dinner & Dance took place on the 18th December 2005 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center. The convention center was filled with more than 4000 people all dressed in their best. Men came in fine suits while the ladies elegantly adored evening gowns. VVIPs present at that night were DCHL’s Chairman Mr. Kim Huynh and spouse Ms. Mary Lim, SEA GM Mr. Anthony Chen and spouse Ms. Sally Huang, Malaysia’s Country Manager Mr. Sean Lim, Taiwan’s General Manager Mr. C.K. Tu, Hong Kong’s & Macau’s Country Manager Mr. Alan Lau, Japan’s Country Manager Mr. Philip Ho and Hong Kong’s Arch Duke Mr. Steven Yeam. Besides Malaysia’s and Singapore’s business partners, there was also support from business partners from other Asia offices. It was an atmosphere full of excitement.

Chairman Kim and Arch Duke Steven mentioned in their speech about the company’s latest development and the future of direct selling. It enlightened the audiences on the greater things to expect in 2006. The new achievers were also applauded when they took their trophy on stage. Due to the overwhelming amount of achievers, the Marquis Achiever category had to be presented in a batch of 4 groups in this year’s dinner & dance. The itinerary of the dinner and dance was also full of surprises and it kept the crowd entertained. Besides the Miss Estebel Ambassador crowning, the Duke Performance was also a hit with the audiences. They managed to portray the general challenges faced by independent distributors. The special guest performer that night was Malaysia’s very own Nicholas Teoh. Nicholas belted out his hits songs in a half hour performance.

The Lucky Draw at the end of the event was the climax of the night. The intensity grew higher and the crowd was highly excited. Arch Duke Steven Yeam was in a generous mood and instantaneously added in two sets of RM10,000.00 cash as prizes. Everyone in the hall that night was also eyeing for the 1st prize BMW 320i valued at RM280,000.00. A lucky number based on the dinner & dance entry ticket was randomly picked by Chairman Kim. The person holding that number would be given 5 car keys to choose from. It was not until the second number picked and the lucky Ms. Liew Cheen Wan managed to find the right key to the car. She went home that night with a BMW 320i. Once again it proved to be a wonderful event. DCHL believes that the year 2006 will set off to a good start and hopes that it will continue to grow and succeed with its business partners.

---

DCHL could give away BMW 320i as a lucky draw? My friend from Public Bank, said, they only give away some TVs for theirs. The last company I worked at, also gave out electrical appliances for their annual dinner.

Not bad for a company(DCHL) with over 100 million annual revenue.

And Steven Yeam is more than generous, by giving away 10k of his own pocket money. But wait a minute, if every single DCHL member over there is under him (SYN), it's just a third of a Count member. Generous huh?

Damn, a BMW as a lucky draw prize? The 30K to invest seem to worth it now. But wait a minute Bank Simpanan National also giving out car for saving in their bank. They are giving out Merc Kompressor...Now let me think, where should i put my money? 30K in some magic lamp or 30k in my own saving account? Someone please help me do the math.

WAh! summore they still can invite Nicholas Teo to do a performance on that night!

Btw,I think the $$$ to invite Nicholas Teo to perform on tat nite can be negotiatable with his manager. But try to think about it...is a small amount for DCHL only.If can try to invite Andy Lau or Jacky Cheung la.I think tat will be a higher price.

made SY's wife preg & steve:

RM30k to invest for a one in four thousand chance in getting a RM230k car?

Tell you what. There are online 'spot the ball' raffles where you can buy a ticket for let's say RM300, and you can win cars like Aston, Ferrari, Porsche. Odds are 1 in perhaps 3000, and you get to tilt the result in your favour too.

Taxes if you win the car and bring them in are well, another issue. But you can always sell it off and bring home the money.

So what's the point here? Every company have annual dinners. You're running out of materials to write boy.

kful anonymous, they might think you are LB distributor.

The point is,

This business is getting much more members. 4000 guests, perhaps 3000 plus are already counts.

Just do some simple calculation. If one count is worth 30k, how much would the networth of 3000 members be? (assuming 3000 invested in Counts)

90 million. That's roughly a year's of DCHL malaysia revenue.

Another point is, no point joining now. Market is damn saturated. So, all those downlines will be experiencing more failures.

I saw a LB ler selling his idea to 2 other guy in a malay restaurant last night near TAR area.

He was drawing triangle and talk furiously...

After a while a couple came in the restaurant whom seem to know the 2 target victim and went 'Oh My God!' thus whispering...

Suddenly I have a urge to tape the process down and send it to authorities... well... as if...

Bad people.

Amway's annual convetion is alway in Bukit Jalil. Our annual dinner of only 4000 is still small. It showed our Lampe Berger has a long way to go and will not get sarurated yet. A few losers condemning us is expected. No harm.

Thank you for promoting us !!

go anti lampe berger! i love this blog man

Blogger Steven Yip said...

err,
once it gets saturated, then how do you explain to your downlines?

1. Wait for the next generation. I heard this from one of the Amway meetings I went. Yes, new faces will always replace the old.

2.Find younger and younger members? This is exactly what LB members are doing.

Steven Yip: Ur statement "these lb fellas brainwash college kids", r u saying TAR students have no brains? This is very insulting..bare in mind ur bro is also a TAR student, he can be easily brainwashed doesn't all students are like that too!!

12:53 AM
Blogger Steven Yip said...

hi Tar student,

Since when I said TAR college students don't have brains?

I said LB fellas brainwashing other college students.

How susceptible they are being brainwashed depends on the person himself.

Like my brother, yes.

Others, I am not sure.

1:26 AM
Blogger Ning said...

Of course he's not saying TAR student has no brain, else he wouldn't say brainwash like how you wash something that does not exist? Funny you take it as insult.

Limlimzack'smomlover , reporting to authority is something I will definately do, providing I'm confident I have enough to convince them. But thanks for your concern about urging for this to happen, appreciate that! If you see the LB being questioned by the authorities, don't hesitate to that ownership of that piece of work man, salute u.

"stop acting so freaking noble. you guys are all talk and shit man. pathetic "

No comment on this sentence coz it's confusing, non-fact and disfruitful. (Hey, reminds me of LB).

hai ya! U all also can see one ma,...most of LB members 95% is teenagers! And teenagers are from which category? STUDENT LO!! college student, university student and even after SPM student as well!

Young ppl is their market cos young ppl got "burning desire" or "warm blood" (mandarin)

Wow big news!!

Someone tried to ask for RM100K each from steven yeam and DCHL through a middle party or else they will use 2 blogs to bring down their business. Steven Yeam and company ignored them and they reduce to 50K now.
If they pay, one of the blog owner will admit that he has misunderstood the business and apologise. The other one will announce that he has happily got his refund and case closed.
I immediately think of this blog.
What a trick, bringing out father and brother into the act.
Look like they will not get it.
Using website threats to make money are common in overseas but in Malaysia, maybe 1st time.

agree with what b3rnard7 said.. that's also what my friend said when she asked me to joined LB. she n her whole bunch of LB friends said youngsters like us must be ambitious! must have the 'burning desire'.. what the f*ck!!!
i think we must be ambitious in some better way, not trying to CONvince people to join some 'business' which so many people have already failed..

btw, anyone knows the real active ingredients in these lampe berger? just curios

big news, i didnt think he stereotyped TAR students as easily brainwashed. dont be so sensitive tar student.. lolx
I agree it depends on the person himself, those with big fancy dreams, easily influenced.. and you know the tactics they use are very pricey compared to other marketing strategies. Hey, for those people who've taken up marketing subject out and there and still can be cheated by this PONZI scheme, all i can say is *sighs* i'm a college student and i've been approached by a few LB ppl, one of them who claimed to be my friend but not anymore after this incident. It is true, young people have big desires, big dreams and most important they want money! back to square one, its all about the money and desire.
you know what guys? my ambitious friend promised a car but i havent seen him buying it, its been already one year he's still struggling with his pocket expenses. he's spent so much on dinners, trainings, buying coats to attend the functions.... his returns might not be equivalent to that

hi alex,

The main ingredient is 90% isopropyl alcohol.

It's cheap alcohol, and they are selling at such a high price. 4 litres for 400 bucks and over.

The fact that more TAR student joined is because they are the main target. then spreading to MMU in Melaka. Don't know what happen in future.

They target young people because of the psychology, as bernard said, they're ambitious... I also think because they're energitic (can work hard for this), naive (easy to con), and leaving in a big circle with ppl of similar character (easy to spread the whole thing)...

Mean and disgusting strategy...

I think their so called "Burning Desire" flame will be ended up by our "cold water splashing".

If they say their heart got burning flame that will not "padam",we can use water to pour at him/her.This is the 1 way to "sedarkan" them :)

Sigh....I think this blog is full of ppl with no life and ppl who only know how to blame their surroundings but not themselves. Trust me. When something does not work out, it's usually because of the individual and not the company.

Well, u guys might be right that some companies do con and brainwash but tell me something, which industry doesn't have conmen and cheaters. Start baming everything then. If u dun like it, keep it to yourself. By spreading all this shit, it makes u no different than those LB guys. Maybe it's such a shame u guys don't join them.

Lastly, if u guys r so anti direct selling and network marketing. Tell me something? What happens if every business in the world uses this method? They r certainly a legal way to market products and it sure is the future of the business inudstry with the rising cost in everything else.

Better if everyone goes live in a cave. There r certainly too many egos to satisfy here. I believe one thing, if u r a guy earning fantastic money in LB, u won't be here talking shit. Think about what I have said, boys n girls.

10:29 AM
Anonymous Anonymous said...

Welcome to the land of no life then, lol!

Trust me, by the time direct selling becomes the norm, we will have gone the way of the dinosaur.

People at SYN are not in the direct selling line.

The only hide behind LB.

They are in the line of recruiting followers for their cult.

I pretty much guessed you yourself is not at SYN, coz you're talking 'shit' here, lol!

why not go see for yourself first??
find out about it.
anyway,,where the hell did one of u clowns got the info that 95% of DCHL members are teenagers???
ive heard about teenage members,.but i have never seen a teenager as a DCHL member.yet.
and to those DCHL members who recruited teenagers and college students,..i just have one thing to say to say to u all > stupid!!
= recruit people who have the potential to bring in business..
u dont need a business degree to figure this one out, guys.
anyways...all i can say is that..
if u work hard and smart,..u can earn money in DCHL.and it also depends on which upline group u join in,.whether they are helpful and cooperative or not.
